Brooke Weathers is a Compass Associate Broker and Certified Negotiation Expert® whose diverse background in real estate, construction, and sustainable building allows her to guide clients with exceptional clarity and strategic insight. She and her partner, Brian MacDonald, have grown the MacDonald-Weathers Team into a Top Producing Team in Colorado, ranking within the top 20% statewide and serving clients across Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, Erie, Longmont, and the surrounding Boulder County communities.

Brooke’s experience in real estate began long before her career as an agent. She co-owned a fix-and-flip business in Maitland, Florida, where she led property search, managed construction crews, and oversaw the sale of completed homes. She also directed the full development of a 40-acre parcel, Rice Lake Estates—from engineering and site planning to final sale—an accomplishment that deepened her understanding of land use, valuation, and long-term potential.

After relocating to Boulder in 2006, her passion for sustainable building led her to a role as a Contractor Liaison, collaborating on high-performance construction projects. Following the loss of her home in the Four Mile Fire, Brooke rebuilt to German PassivHaus standards, achieving a rare HERS 0 rating—an experience that profoundly shaped her expertise in energy efficiency and thoughtful home design.

Today, Brooke brings this breadth of knowledge directly to her clients. She advises sellers on preparing their homes for the highest sale price and guides buyers in evaluating renovation possibilities, future value, and energy-efficient upgrades. Her professional achievements include earning the International President’s Circle Award for Excellence every year since 2016, reflecting her unique blend of negotiation skill, construction fluency, and market intelligence.
